Here it is – - A Guide to the best billiards and pool forums on the Internet.

I created accounts on roughly twenty different industry forums. From there, I performed a detailed comparison of the features of all of these forums – and then picked the ten that had the BEST offerings. The results of all this work is a detailed guide that will hopefully allow members of the pool and billiards community to make better decisions about where to turn to for a specific forum need.

Please note - I realized that trying to rank the forums was a bit pointless – there are a variety of different sites here that focus on a number of different niches within the pool and billiards world. These are simply the ten best forums based on thread/post content, site features and usability.

My plan is to keep this guide relatively current – it’s December 2006 now, and I hope to update this every quarter with up to date statistics and information. You can help me as well – Did I miss any great forums? Is my information inaccurate? Is this guide helpful? Let me know by leaving a comment to this post. I’d be especially happy if some of the moderators of these forums (or ones I didn’t include) left some feedback to help fuel this discussion.
